Entrega Management and Trading

The return/exchange and warranty policies are subject to the provisions of the Qatari Consumer Protection Law No. 8/2008 with its amendments and the terms and conditions mentioned below:

Return Policy
The return policy is accepted under the following conditions:

Before delivery and within 24 hours, the customer can cancel the order, and a refund will be processed if paid by card.
After purchase, the product can be returned as a sealed unit within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Refund/Exchange of the Product shall apply only in the following cases and subject to the satisfaction of the following conditions:

If the product is found to be defective/non-functional; or
If the specification of the product does not meet the Qatari specified standards; or
If any specified feature of the product is not available/not operational.
Entrega Management and Trading will not exchange or return any of the products indicated under points 1, 2, and 3 above unless the following conditions are met:

The consumer does not return the product to the Entrega Management and Trading point of sale within seven (7) days from the purchase date; or
The consumer does not present the original invoice; or
The product returned is not in its original packaging, including all its accessories, catalogs, free gifts, and gift vouchers received upon purchase; or
The product is found to be defective/non-functional due to the customer’s mishandling, overloading, commercial usage, or non-compliance with the manufacturer’s instructions; or
The product has been tampered with or has undergone repair, adjustment, or servicing by persons not authorized by Entrega Management and Trading.
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Products
Disinfection and anti-allergy products and devices (due to hygiene reasons).
Displayed/out-of-box products that are deemed inspected by the customer prior to purchase and are sold "as-is."
Refund Policy
For return cases, the refund will be made in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase:

For products purchased by credit card, the refund will be made to the customer’s credit card account as per the policies of the corresponding bank.
For products purchased by cheque, the refund will be made by cheque or cash.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
All Entrega Management and Trading products carry a one-year warranty from the purchase date.
Unless specified otherwise, accessories and consumables are not covered under this warranty ( HOSE , HEBA FILTER ETC..... ).
The warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects in the product.
Warranty claims are accepted only under the following conditions:
If the product is used under the specified conditions and for the specified purposes.
Upon submission of the original invoice and warranty card.
The warranty does not apply to products that have been tampered with, repaired, adjusted, or serviced by persons not authorized by Entrega Management and Trading.
Repairs and Replacements
The warranty is limited to the repair or exchange of the defective product, depending on the required repair period.
If the repair period exceeds fifteen (15) days, Entrega Management and Trading will repair the product and provide the customer with an alternative product free of charge for use during the repair period.
If the product cannot be repaired within thirty (30) days, Entrega Management and Trading will replace the defective product. If replacement is not possible, the company will refund the customer.
Liability
The liability of Entrega Management and Trading for any defective product shall in no event exceed the purchase price of the defective product.
