Terms & Conditions for Polti Middle East

General Terms: We deliver to all areas in Qatar. If you cannot find your address at checkout, please contact us via email at orders@polti-me.com, call, or WhatsApp (+974 6005 0580), and we will revert within 24 hours.

Shipping Method: We reserve the right to use a different delivery partner than selected at checkout, but orders are normally delivered using our own team.

Tracking Information: Delivery updates will be communicated upon request.

Address Changes: If your order is under processing and you need to change the delivery slot or address, contact us via call or WhatsApp with your order ID and registered email ID before the order is confirmed and dispatched.

Paid Delivery Terms:
- Express Delivery Service: Orders placed before 5 PM will be delivered the same business day; those placed on Friday will be delivered the next business day.
- Standard Delivery: Orders will be delivered in 3-5 business days. Delivery windows refer to business days only.
- Delivery service is from Saturday to Thursday between 9 AM – 9 PM.

Arrival of Your Package: Choose the appropriate delivery method to ensure timely delivery. For guaranteed delivery by a specific date, choose an express delivery method. Contact us prior to placing your order for timing questions. Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Cancellation of an Order:
1. Cash on Delivery Orders can be canceled any time before “Order Confirmation”.
2. Orders could be canceled if a *Cash on Delivery* order is not confirmed within 2 business days due to non-contact.
3. Pre-Paid Orders can be canceled any time before order confirmation, and the full amount will be refunded.
4. If a Pre-Paid Order is canceled after dispatch, delivery charges will apply.

Damaged, Missing, Defective, or Malfunctioning Product Policy:
- Report issues immediately, no later than 5 business days of delivery.
1. Damaged Products: Inspect your package upon arrival. Do not accept delivery if items are damaged and notify us immediately.
2. Missing Products: Orders may be shipped in multiple packages. Report missing items immediately for tracking and replacement.
3. Defective or Malfunctioning Products: Contact us immediately for replacement arrangements.
