What does Guaranteed Refurbished mean?

Each reconditioned product for sale on www.polti.it is inspected, cleaned and subjected to rigorous verification processes by our laboratory technicians. The product is shipped in its original packaging, if in excellent condition, or in new neutral packaging. You will find all the new accessories, the instruction booklet and all the quality of Polti products.

Are Polti refurbished products covered by warranty?

Yes, all refurbished products are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase.

How to select products?

In the main menu you can find our entire product catalog and some in-depth information. Select the item you are interested in and access the category page to discover all the products.Within each category you can select the search filters (type, features, surfaces to clean, ...) and find the appliance that best suits your needs more quickly.You can also search for your product using a keyword to be inserted in the search field at the top right. You will then see the list of related results.For each model you will find a photo, name, price and a short description: you can click on "Add to cart" to add the product to your cart or on "Compare" to add it to the comparison list that allows you to compare the characteristics of up to a maximum of 4 products.To access more information about the product, click on the name or image; on the product page you will find the description, technical features, other photos and/or videos, accessories included in the package and compatible ones that can be purchased separately.

How to buy?

After choosing the model you prefer, indicate the quantity you wish to order and click "Add to cart" inside the product sheet.You can choose whether to add other products with the same methods, complete the purchase or not.

What's in my cart?

In the cart you will find all the products you have selected, ready to be purchased.You can always choose to:Delete products you do not want to purchase by clicking on the trash can iconchange the quantity of the products you want to purchase by changing the number in the “Quantity” field and then clicking on “Update Cart”If you have a discount code to use, enter it in the appropriate field.By clicking on "Estimate shipping" you can already have an indication of the shipping costs of your purchase at this stage.To proceed with the purchase, press the “Proceed to purchase” button.

How do I proceed with my order?

To proceed, you will be asked for your personal data: we will use them to be able to send you the product.Once you have entered the necessary data, you can click on “Continue” to access the payment phase.For more information on the processing of your data for the purpose of purchasing, read the Information for commercial purposes.

I confirmed the order. Now what?

Once your order is complete, we will send you a summary of your purchase to the email address you provided.We recommend that you always keep a copy of your order confirmation.For any doubts, you can always contact us here.It is not possible to add other items once you have already completed the order or change the shipping address.

Where is my order?

When we ship your package, we will send you an email where we will insert the link to track the shipment and the status of the order.Registered users can always check the status of the order by accessing the personal area.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery will take place within 3-5 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) from the date of order approval.
