These Warranty Conditions apply to all purchases of Polti products, without prejudice to the rights established by the applicable legal provisions and are valid exclusively in the territory of the Italian State

All Polti products purchased on this site by private individuals are intended for domestic use and are guaranteed for 24 months* from the date of purchase (or from the date of delivery, if later) pursuant to Legislative Decree 6 September 2006 n. 206 (Consumer Code). All Polti products purchased on this site by legal entities, businesses, sole traders, professionals etc. with VAT number are intended for domestic use and are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty lasting 12 months.

Any fault attributable to the workmanship of the product or the use of defective materials will be repaired free of charge during this period.

The warranty becomes effective from the date of purchase (or from the date of delivery, if later).

In order to authorize any warranty work on the device, it is necessary to provide proof of purchase or delivery; in the absence of documentation proving the purchase of the product and its date, the work will be carried out for a fee. We therefore ask you to carefully keep your receipt or transport document for the entire warranty period.

warranty is subject to limitations and does not cover:

• Accidental damage (including but not limited to: falls, fires, short circuits, ...) or resulting from improper use of the product

• Accessories: sheaths, filters, cables, brushes, electrical sockets and other accessories subject to wear

• The effects of normal wear and tear and in particular of limescale on boilers, plates and other components

• Products that have not been repaired at an authorized Technical Assistance Center

• Any technical modification, even minor, to the product

• The assembly of modified or unsuitable accessories for the appliance

• Costs related to transport, moving or installation of the product

• Use of the product with accessories or spare parts not approved by Polti for use with each

• Adaptations to other types of electrical systems M

The product must be used in accordance with the instructions for use provided in the manual, limited to its specific function and exclusively at a domestic level. Use not in accordance with that indicated by Polti will result in the forfeiture of the right to assert the warranty.

The warranty is void if the appliance is tampered with or damaged during repair by a technician who does not work at one of the Technical Assistance Centres authorised by Polti. Polti declines all responsibility for accidents or damage resulting from these unauthorised repairs.

In accordance with the terms of this Warranty, during the period of validity of the same, Polti may repair any non-conformity present in its brand products or replace them free of charge (excluding transport costs, removal, installation of the product and/or any other additional costs) within a reasonable period of time. The spare parts or the replacement product, which must be identical or functionally equivalent to the one replaced, may be new or regenerated, so as to have the same qualities as the new ones. The period of validity of the warranty in relation to the repaired or replaced products will be equal to the remaining period of time of the Warranty Period for the original product.

In the event of replacement/repair during the warranty period, the duration of the warranty remains unchanged, i.e. it always starts from the date of purchase of the goods originally subject to the warranty.
